16 October, 2026 - Brazilian producer Mochakk and Compton-born Channel Tres connect on ’Neckwear’, out today via MOTRAXX and Bose Records across all streaming platforms. The track marks a meeting point between two distinct voices of modern house music as Mochakk heads into the closing run of his 2026 touring year.

The track opens on a run of hi-hats and claps before dropping into a heavily amplified percussion groove, built for large rooms. Channel Tres rides it in a loose, nonchalant flow, with his deep baritone sitting back in the pocket as the drums build around him: "Throw something in the air one time, I know you see my neckwear, I'm a f*cking don."
The release follows a standout summer for the Brazilian artist. Following his landmark Coachella shows, on August 28, Mochakk brought his Tricks & Tracks series to New York for a packed block party at the legendary Brooklyn Banks, followed by sold-out headline shows at Under the K Bridge and RUINS at Knockdown Centre across the weekend.
On the other side of the record sits Channel Tres. The Compton native has spent the past few years defining what he calls Compton house, running the rhythms of Chicago house and Detroit techno through the attitude of West Coast rap. It is a sound that has taken him from underground dancefloors to Coachella stages and collaborations with Tyler, The Creator, Disclosure, and Robyn, and one that finds a natural counterpart in Mochakk's percussive, groove-led productions.
Closing out 2026, Mochakk shows no signs of slowing. Following Mochakk Calling São Paulo on October 3rd, he brings the series to ADE Amsterdam with a sold-out edition at the reopening of Gashouder on October 23. The same week sees him land the cover of Vogue Man Netherlands. He’s also kicking off a new partnership with Bose, collaborating with Bose Records on this release and taking part in an intimate, invite-only performance in Amsterdam as part of a new live music series from Bose. His link-up with Channel Tres marks another defining moment, reinforcing his ability to bring together artists from opposite ends of dance music and channel them through a sound that remains distinctly his own.

About Channel Tres:
There’s always been something elusive about Channel Tres. Not mysterious in a calculated way morelike someone operating on his own wavelength entirely. Channel Tres has always existed betweenscenes. Raised in Compton, he built his sound by pulling from house, rap, funk, and West Coast soulwithout fully belonging to any one world. That tension became his signature. Since emerging in 2018with Channel Tres EP — powered by “Topdown” and “Controller”— he’s carved out a lane entirely hisown: hypnotic club music with the weight and presence of hip-hop. His records move with restraintand confidence, balancing deadpan delivery, heavy grooves, and understated emotion. Over theyears, Channel has collaborated across generations and genres, working alongside artists includingTyler, The Creator, KAYTRANADA, SG Lewis, and Jungle, while building a reputation as one of themost compelling live performers in electronic music. From underground clubs to the stages ofCoachella and Bonnaroo, his presence has remained unmistakable: calm, magnetic, and impossibleto pin down. His 2024 debut album, Head Rush, expanded that vision further, blending electronicproduction with R&B, rap, and psychedelic funk. But the anticipated follow-up, Enigma, marks adeeper shift. In early 2025, after parting ways with his previous label, Tres retreated to TopangaCanyon with little more than an MPC and a clear head. The isolation reshaped his process. Workingalongside collaborators including Thundercat, Nick Sylvester, Pharrell Williams, he refined the soundhe’s long described as “Compton House”— sleek, physical, soulful music that feels equally suited forheadphones at 2 a.m. or packed rooms just before sunrise. On Enigma, Channel Tres sounds exactlylike what he’s become over the last several years: an artist fully committed to his own frequency.
